There are no busses at times when I need them

The bus service into Cardiff is expensive. It would be cheaper for me to park in work than it would be to catch the bus (£60+ the last time I checked for a monthly pass). The busses do not stop near to my place of work and the bus route around Cardiff Centre does not go near the Cardiff Central station. The Llanedeyrn bus 57,58, does NOT go into the new bus station. This also erks my family members and neighbours.

The busses do not run early enough or late enough for me to catch them into work for all my work shifts - I work shift work, sometimes starting as early as 3.30am and sometimes finishing as late as 2am. It is not feasible for me to catch the bus as the busses do not run at these times. However I would take the bus if they were cheaper, more reliable, a more convenient route and ran earlier and later (24hr).
