Help us improve cycle and bus journeys
Transport for Wales is exploring how to make travel using cycles and buses more convenient. We’re gathering feedback to better understand how people travel so that we can shape future improvements that work for everyone.
This is part of an exploratory study. Your feedback at this early stage will help guide our future plans.
We want to understand
How people currently use cycles and buses together
How they might want to use cycles and buses in the future
How Transport for Wales could improve bus journeys and make them more accessible and convenient
Whether better cycle-bus connections could encourage more people to cycle and travel by bus.
How to Have Your Say
You can share your views by:

We’re conducting a short survey to better understand how you travel by bus and cycle and the challenges you face along the way. Your input matters whether you’re a daily commuter, a weekend cyclist, or someone considering greener travel options.
Our goal is to make your travel more convenient. By sharing your experiences, you’ll help us create solutions that make bus and cycle travel easier for everyone.
In this survey, we will ask about your travel habits. By travel, we mean the journeys you make for your own purposes, such as going shopping, going to work or returning home. By wheeling, we include wheelchairs, mobility aids, prams and other similar vehicles. If your work involves transport or delivering goods or people, such as working as a bus driver or a delivery driver, please do not include those work-related journeys. We are only interested in the journeys that started and/or finished in Wales.
