Every day, people travel on Transport for Wales trains to get to work, to see family and friends, to access healthcare, education and opportunities across Wales. We want every one of those journeys to feel comfortable, welcoming and — above all — safe.
This survey is about how safe you feel as a person when you travel with us.
We want to understand your experiences of the environment on our trains and at our stations:
how you feel around other passengers and staff
whether you have ever witnessed or experienced behaviour that made you feel uncomfortable or unsafe
what would make a real difference to your confidence when travelling
Your responses will directly shape the improvements we make across our network — including how we tackle harassment and anti-social behaviour, how we support our staff, and how we make travelling with TfW a better experience for everyone.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Some questions touch on sensitive topics — you are welcome to skip any question you do not wish to answer.
